Fix-and-flip loans are short-term loans used by real estate investors for the purpose of purchasing and renovating a property to resell. Our Fix & Flip loan program allows for flexibility and quick access to capital that is in line with our swift underwriting procedures. Our loan amounts are based on after repair value.


  • Amounts from $500,000 - $3 million (for larger amounts case by case basis).
  • 3 – 12 month loan term. (for longer terms case by case basis).
  • Rapid renovation capital for single-family and multifamily
  • Easier qualifications than traditional bank loan process.
  • Credit score is less important than property value for loan approval.
  • Closing takes 7-14 days, which is much faster than conventional bank loans.
